Zarna Joshi's sexual harassment claim on dad joke "Hugh Mungous"

An activist claims she was  harassed by a man after offering to tell his name only to find out it was

"Hugh Mungous" or "Hugh Mungus". 

Hugh  Mungus, Mike Hunt, Seymour Buts , are just examples of name jokes that have existed for a very long time. It is commonly dirty in order to be funny, but jokes like this still can offend some who don't get it or don't wanna get it.
